Why is creating mpos profiles important?
Creating mPOS profiles enables you define the default settings for mPOS devices within your Country Office, as well as specific settings that can be applied at individual service points where needed. mPOS profiles enable the rapid and accurate set up of mPOS devices when planning interventions and distribution cycles.
What do I need to do before creating mpos profiles?
Before creating an mPOS profile, you should determine whether any interventions at the service points or Country Office where the mPOS profile will be applied require the removal of beneficiary authentication or the configuration of a different beneficiary authentication mechanism than the default biometric settings. You will need to request permission to make these changes from SCOPE Service Desk in order to gain access to alternate beneficiary authentication mechanism settings in SCOPE.
