Enter Member Information Fields

This section details each of the fields that are available when Registering Households Online in the Register Alternate Recipients and Register household members pages. It details what you can enter for each field, and provides examples of the data you enter when registering a household.

  1. Last Name (Mandatory): Enter the member's last name. In most cases this is the same as the household name.
  2. First Name (Optional): Enter the member's first name.
  3. Household Role (Optional): Choose the member's household role from the drop-down list. Choose a roles based on the recipient's relationship with the Head of Household. In some cases, alternate recipients may be Not a Family member. Can only act as a recipient.
  4. Location (Mandatory): Enter the member's location. In most cases this is the same as the household location. However, you may have situations where household members live in other locations due to work, or other reasons.
  5. Photo (Optional): Take or upload a picture of the member. This will be included on any cards that require a picture. It can also be used for deduplication.
  6. Phone Number (Optional): Enter the member's phone number, if available.
  7. Fingerprints (Optional): Collect the member's fingerprints. These can be used for biometric authentication. At least one fingerprint is required if you want to do deduplication.
  8. Account number (Optional): Enter the member's account number, if available.
